Think Shift recently wrapped up our 50th L3 Legacy conference at Hilton Head Island. We had so much fun getting to know the small group of 11 senior executives who joined us for the three-day, all-inclusive workshop.

Hosted by Think Shift’s own Dr. Balaji Krishnamurthy, the L3 Legacy workshop helps senior executives identify and develop their leadership styles. Based on the philosophy that leadership must be intentionally developed, rather than taught, learned or imitated, L3 Legacy is an immersive experience designed for CEOs who work closely with each other and Dr. Krishnamurthy.

Through seminar-style teachings, introspective reflections, group exercises and activities, participants develop their very own Leadership Agenda and receive coaching, practical tools and the support of a close-knit group. At the end of the workshop, executives will enjoy a better understanding of their own unique style of leadership, as well as their aspirations for future growth.

Our Hilton Head team bonded quickly, and all seemed to enjoy each other’s company. They indulged in good wine, went for early-morning walks on the beach and surprised each other – and themselves – during group activities like the spy game. We greatly appreciated their active participation and earnest engagement, and many told us later how comfortable they felt opening up, and how much they appreciated the experience and feedback of their peers.
