Faiza Fathima

Faiza comes to Think Shift with years of project management experience as a project and scrum manager. She has a master’s in business administration and she truly believes that “for every moment spent organizing, an hour is earned” - which is why managing and organizing are key to her personal and professional life. She has completed many certifications surrounding Scrum, the Oracle Workforce Development Program, OOPS and Web Component Developments from NIIT.

Outside of work, Faiza loves cooking and trying new cuisines, spending time with her family and travelling. She is also an active member of Rio+20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development where she enjoys meeting and working with people from various backgrounds, experiences and cultures.
