This three-and-a-half-day interactive workshop helps senior executives develop their own individual style of leadership. L3 Legacy gets leaders to use the passion of their convictions, values and beliefs to define the style of leadership they should exhibit. Participants use real and current business issues to explore their leadership paradigms and develop a personal Leadership Agenda — a formal declaration of the kind of leader they want to be, not happen to be. Hundreds of executives have gone through this program over the past 11 years.
