Our interactive workshops help both seasoned and emerging leaders develop their own individual leadership style. Leaders, particularly senior leaders, have their own set of convictions, beliefs and values. Over the course of the program, we invite participants to use the passion of their convictions to come to logical conclusions about the style of leadership they should exhibit. Participants use real and current business issues to explore their leadership paradigms and develop a personal Leadership Agenda — a formal declaration of the kind of leader they want to be, not happen to be. Our leadership development programs are based on the philosophy that leaders must seek to influence a large number of people, leaving a legacy that will endure long beyond their tenure.
