Managing Millennials in the Workplace is a leadership seminar and workshop for CEOs and executive teams.
Millennials represent one-third of the American workforce according to the Pew Research Center.1 That’s 54 million 18-to-34-year-olds gaining influence in the office, which leaves many business leaders wondering how to manage this growing and vastly different generation. This seminar and workshop will address these concerns by helping you and your team build an accountable and attractive workplace for all generations.
The morning seminar will focus on understanding motivators of different generations and how to practice transparent accountability between generational gaps.
The afternoon workshop is designed for your team to work together and dig deeper into the concepts of transparency and accountability, practice the tools discussed during the workshop, and learn how to apply them to your unique business model guided by Think Shift leaders.
