  • How to move your culture from that of executing to that of performing

Program Outcomes

Participants will come away with a refreshed understanding of leadership and its implications. They will:

  • Understand leadership as an art form and the importance of an organizational narrative
  • Explore their strategic plan and its implications on their annual operating plan
  • Appreciate their stewardship responsibility to their people
  • Learn 15-20 practical tools to support them as leaders, expanding on the repertoire of L3 graduates

Dr. Balaji Krishnamurthy is a seasoned corporate executive who has run 17 companies and has distilled key learnings over the course of his 35-year career for focusing leaderships and fostering a productive workplace culture.
